Patent & Law Firm YUS was established in 1994, in fact, at the beginning of the modern Russian market in legal protection of the intellectual property. Former employees of the USSR State Committee for Inventions and Discoveries and the USSR Gospatent as its successor – all of them experienced specialists in the field of legal protection of inventions, industrial designs, trademarks and technology transfer – formed the basis of our Firm.
